For this project, our team completed drywall repairs, insulation replacement, and interior painting in the kitchen and living areas after damaged drywall needed to be removed and replaced. New drywall was installed where necessary, properly taped, floated, and textured to match the existing surfaces before applying fresh coats of paint to the ceilings and walls. Insulation was also replaced in several areas using R15 insulation, helping restore both the structure and energy efficiency of the space. Baseboards were replaced where needed and finished with fresh paint to match the surrounding trim. Additional repairs included drywall patching, texture blending, and painting in surrounding rooms, along with painting a box window area and completing exterior touch-ups on a gable. At the homeowner’s request, we also updated all exterior shutters with a fresh coat of Sherwin-Williams Tricorn Black, giving the home a sharp, refreshed look. Throughout the project, our focus remained on proper preparation, clean repairs, and a uniform finish so that all patched and repaired areas blended seamlessly with the surrounding surfaces. The result was a restored and refreshed living space inside and a polished exterior accent update outside.
