This multi-building townhome project focused on both cosmetic upgrades and preventative maintenance to extend the life and appearance of key surfaces throughout the property. On the exterior, our team addressed multiple areas of surface rust by performing detailed prep work, including light sanding, targeted caulking, and applying a fresh, durable coat of paint. This scope included metal elements above garage areas, balcony components, and trim surrounding large windows—restoring a clean, uniform finish while protecting against future deterioration. Inside, we completed a full repaint of all hallways and lobby spaces, including walls, doors, and trim, creating a bright and cohesive look throughout the buildings. In the garage lobby, we refreshed the space by painting walls only, maintaining durability while keeping costs efficient. To tie everything together, we updated the porches with a bold new finish using Sherwin-Williams Tricorn Black, giving the property a modern, elevated appearance that seamlessly matches the neighboring buildings. This project is a great example of how strategic updates and proper prep can significantly enhance both the longevity and overall aesthetic of a community.
