This masonry chimney repair project addressed multiple issues including chimney leaks, masonry deterioration, and damaged flue lining components. Our team completed targeted repairs to restore structural integrity, improve fireplace safety, and help prevent ongoing water intrusion. As part of the repair process, we performed HeatShield flue lining repair using Cerfractory flue sealant to help restore and protect the interior chimney liner system. Additional masonry repairs and waterproofing improvements were completed to extend the life of the chimney and improve long-term performance. This project highlights the importance of proper chimney inspection, leak repair, and flue maintenance to keep the fireplace and venting system operating safely and efficiently.
