We completed a full roof replacement on this two-story residential home in Sanford. Our team stripped the existing shingles down to the roof decking to ensure a solid foundation for the new installation. We carefully managed the complex multi-gabled roofline and integrated the new roofing system with the home’s existing chimney and screened-in porch. We utilized durable asphalt shingles and applied fresh underlayment to provide long-term weather protection. During the process, we maintained a clean work site by using protective tarps and a debris trailer to collect and remove all discarded materials. The final result using Certianteed Landmar Pro Max def.Pewter shingle finish that enhances the property's exterior and ensures lasting durability.
