We replaced the entire roof on this two-story brick home in Downers Grove. Our crew removed the old asphalt shingles down to the original wood decking to create a strong base for the new system. We then installed Malarkey Vista AR architectural shingles in Brilliant Black over a durable synthetic underlayment for added protection and longevity. The project also included new solar-powered attic vents to improve airflow and replacement skylights.
