We completed a full roof replacement on this two-story stucco home in Woodridge. Our crew removed the old roofing down to the plywood sheathing to confirm the deck was sound, then installed synthetic underlayment. With multiple roof planes, hips, and valleys, we took extra care to ensure reliable, all-around weather protection. We installed Malarkey Vista AR architectural shingles in Storm Gray for long-lasting performance. We also replaced several Fakro skylights and a solar tube, and added solar-powered attic ventilators to help regulate indoor temperatures. To finish, we installed new flashing around the chimney and at the sunroom transitions for a clean, watertight seal.
