Chemical wash of this clay roof in Newport was the only safe way to complete this project. This roof was unstable, fragile, and one fall from certain death. We used a hot house wash mix to kill the lichen and other growth on the tiles and after enough treatments, the tiles were beautiful. We also cleaned the exterior windows and performed some effloressence removal on the brick with F9 and pressure washing.
