Arrived at this lovely home in Irvine on a wet spring day for a gutter cleaning service and solar panel cleaning. Once we reached the roof we realized that thge house had likely never had a roof wash. The organic buildup and the moisture from the rain made it unsafe for us to be walking around the roof on that day. We informed the homeowner about our roof cleaning service which would make it much more safe for us and for future workers that needed to be on the roof and he decided to book it right then and there. We began by removing all of the rain gutter guards, and then proceeded to leaf blow all of the pine needles off the roof and out of the gutters. Once the pine needles were on the ground level, we gathered the somewhat dry debris and put it in the garden waste bin. After the gutters were cleared of dry debris, we were able to pressure wash the roof and flush the gutters. Next we rinsed the entire house of fallen mud and debris and gave the surrounding hardscape a good general rinse. Once the home was cleared of mud, we finished the job by cleaning the solar panels, leaving a beautiful shine to be seen by all!
