This back patio had several issues. A drain was not functioning, it was too large, and there was a trip hazard from the covered patio down to the pool deck area. We created a backyard oasis including two fire features, a new premium grill counter, steps down to the lawn area, and refreshed landscaping, that enhanced the golf course view while creating privacy from the nearby street traffic.
