Residential Roofing / Rooftop AC / Gutter Installation

For this project we replaced the entire shingle roof, as well as the flat roof, and HVAC unit on top of the roof. Additionally we added seamless gutters on all eves around the home. Products we used were GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in charcoal with black drip edge and accessories, GAF TPO on the flat roof system, a carrier manufactured package unit on the rooftop, as well as seamless gutters in black for a modern look. This made sense to do the HVAC replacement at the same time as the roof due to the location.
