We replaced an aging, inefficient air handler and outdoor condenser unit for a homeowner in San Antonio. Our team performed a comprehensive system swap. We also cleaned and sanitized the ductwork and sealed the plenum with mastic to maximize airflow efficiency. We installed a high-efficiency Diakin Fit System alongside a Diakin smart thermostat for precise climate control. The project included new PVC condensate drain lines equipped with safety switches and a new plastic drip pan to prevent future attic water damage. We completed the installation by testing the refrigerant charge and air-side performance to verify optimal cooling throughout the residence.
