We completed a comprehensive water heater replacement and utility service restoration for this Marion residence. The project began with the excavation and repair of a damaged underground electrical cable that had been compromised by moisture and saturated soil near the foundation. We also removed an aged, corroded electric unit from an exterior alcove and cleared out debris and damaged wood framing from the crawlspace and utility enclosure.
