Project Summary This was the most challenging case completed by Proud Roofing, taking nearly three years to resolve. The insurance carrier was unresponsive for an extended period, making progress extremely difficult. After multiple failed attempts and continued delays, legal support was ultimately required to move the claim forward. Through persistence, documentation, and coordination, we were finally able to secure full approval for both the roof replacement and the solar panel-related components. The project was completed using Owens Corning Duration shingles in the color Onyx Black. Although the process was long and demanding, the outcome was a complete success. Both our team and the homeowners are extremely proud that this case was resolved after years of effort, resulting in a high-quality roof and a well-earned victory for the homeowner.
