Project Summary: We completed a full roof maintenance and repaired a common roof leak, which is often caused by failing pipe jacks. The leaking pipe jack was removed, and we replaced the damaged area with new plywood, new ice and water shield, and new shingles. We then installed a new metal pipe jack, which is more durable and longer-lasting than traditional plastic pipe jacks. All areas were properly sealed to permanently stop the leak.
