Project Summary This project involved correcting an improperly installed flat roof. The roof had previously been covered with shingles, which are not suitable for flat roof applications and were causing ongoing leaks. To properly resolve the issue, we removed the incorrect materials and installed a peel-and-stick roofing system designed specifically for flat roofs. Using the correct roofing system eliminated the leaks and ensured long-term performance. The homeowner is very satisfied and now has a properly installed, leak-free flat roof.
