Project Summary: A leaking box vent was identified as the source of the issue. After the roof inspection, the customer took a few days to decide on the repairs, so we assisted with a temporary emergency tarp to prevent further damage. Once the customer was ready, we performed the permanent repairs, which included installing a new box vent, replacing rotted plywood with new plywood, installing new ice and water shield, and replacing shingles in the affected area. Lastly, and most importantly, we completed a full roof maintenance to help ensure a longer-lasting and properly sealed roof.
