Project Summary This project was completed through a smooth one-month insurance process. Unfortunately, due to the age of the roof, the insurance policy no longer provided full replacement coverage. However, through careful review and communication with the insurance company, we were still able to secure a meaningful payout to help offset the cost of the roof replacement. The new roof was installed using Owens Corning Duration shingles in the color Teak. The homeowners are happy to have a new roof and, just as importantly, appreciated being educated on the insurance process so they are better prepared to pursue full coverage on any future claims.
