Project Summary This project involved a full roof replacement using Owens Corning shingles in the color Onyx Black. Special care was taken to protect the homeowner’s pool by installing a pool cover throughout the project. The insurance claim process was complicated, particularly because the carrier initially refused to cover certain metal roof components. Despite these challenges, we were able to negotiate a fair and reasonable settlement. As a result, the homeowner successfully received full roof replacement coverage through their insurance claim.
