This handsome home located in the heart of Rosemont near Old Town Alexandria was built in 1920, The owners had noticed some bare spots in the siding where the cedar shakes had eroded and had shown heavy curling and cracking. An RM Banning Consultant inspected the siding. Repairing this nearly 100 year old cedar siding become impossible so the solution was to replace all of the cedar siding and replace all of the house wrap on the home. Rm banning co also paint all of the siding on the home with primer and two coats of sherwin Williams paint along with painting all of the trim on the home. Rm banning co also worked with our electrician partners on finding a new solution for some electrical wires that entered the siding through the siding walls created leaks. This project turned out fantastic.
