We installed a custom retractable awning for this residence in Harbor Springs to expand the usability of the outdoor living space. Our team mounted the extended black awning system securely above the glass sliding doors to provide shade for the existing wooden deck. The durable black fabric was selected to complement the light gray horizontal siding and provides immediate cooling for both the deck and the home interior. This installation creates a protected environment for the outdoor seating area and fire pit, ensuring the homeowners can enjoy their deck in various weather conditions.
