We completed a comprehensive gutter and downspout installation for this multi-level stucco home in Brutus. Our team carefully measured the complex rooflines and gables to ensure optimal water diversion away from the foundation and stone landscaping. We also addressed critical roof valleys, installing new flashing and roofing material to prevent leaks in high-flow areas. Using custom-fit metal gutters and matching downspouts, we integrated the new system seamlessly with the existing exterior finish. The project involved precise measurements around windows and structural columns to provide a clean, functional result. This updated drainage system protects the property's wooden deck and stone paver patios from water damage and soil erosion.
