We completed a specialized screen installation for this covered outdoor living space in Kalkaska. Our team integrated Sunesta retractable mesh screens between the dark brown wooden support columns to provide insect protection and shade. This project focused on enhancing the usability of the porch while maintaining the open-air feel of the wooded property. The deck features durable grey composite flooring and a tongue-and-groove wooden ceiling equipped with dual ceiling fans for improved airflow. We installed the retractable screening system to fit precisely within the structural frame, complementing the stone facade and natural wood finishes. This setup allows for a seamless transition between an open deck and a protected enclosure depending on the weather conditions.
