We completed a comprehensive gutter and downspout installation for a large-scale marina and boat slip facility in Harbor Springs. Our team utilized floating platforms and scaffolding to access the expansive rooflines of the covered slips and adjacent shake-sided buildings. The project focused on replacing weathered drainage components to ensure proper water management for the entire waterfront property. We installed white gutters and downspouts on the primary building facades to match the existing trim and stucco. For the boat slips, we mounted dark metal downspouts along the circular wooden support pilings to provide a discreet and functional solution. This new system protects the timber-framed structures and foundation from water runoff, enhancing the long-term durability of the marina slips.
