We completed a comprehensive gutter protection and drainage project for this home and garage in Traverse City. We installed a Gutter Helmet system along the rooflines and updated the downspout configuration to ensure efficient water management. The work focused on protecting the structure from water damage while maintaining a clean aesthetic with matching brown components. We used matching brown downspouts and perforated extensions to direct water away from the foundation and landscaped areas. The installation integrated seamlessly with the existing horizontal siding and brick masonry. This system prevents debris buildup and improves site drainage to protect the mulch beds and exterior walls from runoff.
