We completed a comprehensive drainage system installation for this expansive new-construction residence in Petoskey. Our team integrated 6 inch high-capacity half round gutters. We focused on ensuring the drainage system complemented the home's dark trim and architectural stone veneer while protecting the foundation and newly graded landscape. For the final phase, we utilized premium half round gutters to match the custom aesthetic of the dark-framed windows and shingled roofing. The installation included strategically placed downspouts designed to handle heavy rainfall near the shoreline. This durable system provides essential moisture protection for the home’s masonry and expansive outdoor living areas.
