We completed an exterior improvement project for a log cabin in Houghton Lake, focusing on a new retractable awning. We installed a large striped fabric retractable awning over the wooden deck to expand the shaded outdoor living area. The installation involved secure mounting to the log gable, providing a reliable overhead cover for the sliding glass doors. This project successfully balanced functional site improvements with enhanced comfort for the homeowners.
