We installed a new retractable fabric awning for this residence in Charlevoix. The project focused on providing adjustable shade for the existing wooden deck area. We mounted the unit securely to the blue vinyl siding above the main floor windows to maximize coverage. The striped fabric choice complements the home’s exterior and black lighting fixtures. This installation allows for versatile sun protection, creating a more functional outdoor living space throughout the day. The retractable system provides on-demand shade while preserving the view from the windows when the unit is not in use.
