We installed a custom underdecking system for this residence in Traverse City to create a functional outdoor living area. Our team fitted a white tongue-and-groove undecking beneath the existing upper deck structure to finish the space above the concrete patio. We integrated the system with the building's exterior siding and ensured proper drainage to protect the area below. The installation featured durable white materials and a matching downspout attached to the structural support posts for efficient water management. This upgrade transformed the dark underside of the deck into a bright, clean, and dry environment suitable for use in various weather conditions. The finished ceiling provides a polished look that complements the home's existing siding and outdoor landscape.
