We installed a comprehensive underdecking system for this waterfront home in Manistee to create a dry, finished outdoor living space beneath the elevated deck. Our team mounted a white tongue-and-groove ceiling system to effectively manage water drainage while providing a polished, bright aesthetic for the patio below. This project converted an exposed under-deck area into a functional, weather-protected porch. The installation featured beadboard panels that contrast with the existing sage green siding and stone-clad column bases. We integrated structural support columns to ensure the ceiling system provides a clean, maintenance-free finish for the homeowners' outdoor furniture and grill area. The result is a seamless extension of the home that offers durable protection and improved usability overlooking the water.
