We completed a full gutter and downspout installation on a wooden outbuilding in Roscommon. We installed a matching aluminum drainage system to protect the structure and its foundation from concentrated water runoff. We utilized durable metal materials including a Coppertone gutter system and downspout extensions to manage water flow effectively into the surrounding wooded landscape. This new drainage solution directs rainwater away from the vertical wood siding and prevents soil erosion around the building base. These upgrades provide long-term protection for the property and nearby utility equipment during heavy Michigan rainfall.
