We completed a gutter and downspout installation for this project in East Jordan. Our team integrated a new drainage system designed to complement the modern vertical metal paneling on the structure's exterior. We ensured the placement of the downspouts aligned precisely with the corners of the black metal siding and the light-colored foundation. We used matte black aluminum components to maintain a seamless, monochromatic aesthetic across the building’s facade. The installation included securely mounted downspouts that channel water away from the white stucco-style foundation and the surrounding landscaped areas. This system provides essential moisture protection while matching the contemporary architectural style of the property.
