We completed a gutter installation project on a two-story waterfront residence in Suttons Bay. Our team worked on the flat membrane roof sections to ensure proper drainage along the exterior of the white vinyl-sided structure. We focused on securing the gutter system to effectively manage runoff near the elevated deck and balcony areas. We installed durable metal gutters along the roof edges to protect the foundation and the surrounding landscaping. This system was integrated with the existing roof membrane to prevent water intrusion and provide a clean finish. The updated drainage solution helps preserve the integrity of the concrete block foundation and the wooden entry stairs.
