We completed a functional upgrade at this Petoskey residence by installing Sunesta retractable screens and comprehensive gutter protection systems. Our team integrated the dark mesh screens into the existing covered patio structure to create a more versatile and comfortable outdoor living environment. The new screens provide insect protection and shade for the outdoor kitchen and seating area without obstructing the views of the landscape. These additions ensure the patio remains usable throughout the season.
