We installed a new white metal gutter system on a garage and storage building in Traverse City. Our team focused on protecting the structure's vertical metal siding and surrounding foundation from water runoff by mounting the gutters along the entire roofline. This installation was completed on a detached outbuilding to ensure the workspace remains dry. We integrated a thin-profile gutter and extended the downspouts to direct water away from the bare earth and adjacent tree line. This addition ensures proper drainage for the building and helps maintain the integrity of the exterior metal walls. The functional upgrade provides long-term moisture management and prevents soil erosion near the base of the structure.
