We completed a gutter and downspout installation on this single-story residential home in Indian River. The project involved securing new drainage components to the exterior, which featured a mix of brick wainscoting and beige horizontal siding. We focused on ensuring proper water diversion away from the concrete entryway and foundation. We installed tan aluminum downspouts that color-matched the existing siding and trim for a seamless appearance. These new components were positioned to protect the landscaping and walkways while managing runoff from the asphalt shingle roof.
