We installed a functional and durable underdeck system to enhance the outdoor living space of this Charlevoix home. This project involved creating a protected area beneath an existing deck structure. The underdeck system features brown composite decking panels, designed to effectively channel water away from the living space below. We integrated a dark metal downspout system along the stone-veneer exterior wall. This installation provides a dry, usable patio area and a clean finished look.
