We installed a comprehensive gutter system on this newly constructed single-story home in Manistee. Our team focused on protecting the foundation by managing rainwater runoff effectively across the large lot. We used grey aluminum downspouts that color-match the dark grey horizontal vinyl siding for a seamless appearance. To ensure water was directed away from the unfinished concrete foundation and sandy soil, we connected the downspouts to black corrugated pipes for extended drainage. This installation provides essential moisture control for the building's exterior and foundation walls.
