We completed an exterior drainage and protection project for this home in the Alden area near Torch Lake. Our crew installed new white gutters along with Gutter Helmet covers to prevent clogs and ensure efficient water runoff. Additionally, we installed a custom underdecking system beneath the second-story deck to manage water and protect the lower level. The underdecking system utilized white panels to create a clean ceiling finish, providing a dry, sheltered environment for the outdoor hot tub. We coordinated the white downspouts and gutter components to match the existing trim against the dark blue lap siding. This installation improves the home's moisture management while adding a high-utility outdoor living space regardless of weather conditions.
