We completed a comprehensive gutter and exterior drainage project for this new residential property in Charlevoix. Our team installed a seamless gutter system and downspouts to ensure proper water management around the white siding and stone foundation accents. We focused on integrating the drainage system into the home's modern aesthetic while protecting the building envelope from seasonal runoff. Along the perimeter, we installed a gravel-lined drainage strip and multi-tiered natural stone retaining walls to stabilize the landscape. These upgrades manage water flow away from the stone patio and tiered garden beds, ensuring long-term durability for the site. The finished installation provides a functional moisture-control solution that preserves the integrity of the home’s exterior and landscaping.
