Roof Project

We replaced this roof system due to a recent hail storm. When we removed the shingles we discovered there were three layers of underlayment! This means that the last two roofing crews did not remove the underlayment and inspect the plywood decking. We stripped everything off and inspected the decking. We install ice and water shield in the valleys, new synthetic underlayment, and new LIFETIME architectural shingles.
