Marina Del Rey – Asbestos Drywall Removal & Flood Damage Abatement RDSI was contracted to support a water mitigation team responding to a flood-affected residential property in Marina Del Rey. Due to elevated moisture levels and confirmed asbestos-containing drywall, our crew performed precise flood cuts of the lower two feet of drywall throughout the impacted areas. During removal, visible microbial growth was also identified within the wall cavities. Our team followed industry-standard safety protocols to remove the contaminated drywall, prevent further spread of mold, and maintain a clean, controlled work environment. This project demonstrates RDSI’s ability to work seamlessly with mitigation partners and deliver safe, compliant asbestos abatement following water-related property damage.
