

Project in Kennebunk
This customer had a three tiered concrete block retaining wall. These were removed and replaced with natural stone retaining walls using Black Mountain Wall Stone mixed with Gray Nubble Wall Stone. The paver walkway was removed, the stairs were reconfigured and five more steps were added. The walkway was redone using black mountain flagging. On the side of the house a retaining wall an paver patio were installed to provide additional outside space for gathering. A circular fire pit was installed in the back yard and ringed with decorative round stone. In addition a catch basin was added to provide drainage and erosion management for water shed from the roof and piped into the woods. The front and back lawns were stripped of existing grass, fresh loam was brough in and both lawns were graded to prepare for microclover seeding. The driveway was expanded, graded and prepared for paving.
