Rear Yard Turf Restoration

This client had a contractor fail to finish the work they were paid for and contacted us to finish. The previous contractor regraded the rear yard but failed to remove the rock. We brought in a power rake and collected the gravel for removal. There were a few areas where we adjusted the grade using fresh topsoil after which the area was treated with tall fescue grass seed and straw. We set up the clients water timer and 4 sprinklers to cover the entire seeded area.
