We performed a comprehensive moisture inspection and maintenance project to address sealing issues across the home's exterior in Dripping Springs. Our team focused on window frames and lap siding joints where gaps and debris had begun to compromise the building envelope. We thoroughly cleaned the window tracks, applied fresh silicone sealant to critical joints, and inspected interior drywall for signs of previous moisture exposure. To restore the performance of the windows, we replaced worn weatherstripping and addressed leaks identified near the sills. We also remediated minor siding gaps and investigated surface wear on the exterior door panels to ensure a cohesive, weather-tight finish. These targeted repairs improved the functional life of the windows and protected the interior from further environmental damage.
