We performed a comprehensive roof rejuvenation and maintenance project on this residential property in San Diego. Our team inspected the existing asphalt shingle roof, addressing common wear points such as weathered plumbing vent boots, cracked flashing, and oxidized metal components. We performed a comprehensive roof tune-up as well as an on the spot minor repair on a damaged ridge shingle as a courtesy. In addition our team secured loose nail heads to ensure a completely watertight surface before the treatment process began.
