We performed a re-roofr on this San Diego residence to address damaged asphalt shingles and weathered exterior trim. Our team inspected the roof structure, identifying areas where architectural shingles were lifting and curling away from the underlying decking. We focused on securing the roof envelope and addressing moisture-prone transition points near the chimney and plumbing vents.
