We completed a full concrete tile roof relay for this residence in Carlsbad to address significant weathering and moss accumulation. Our team removed the existing multi-toned concrete tiles to expose the roof deck for a complete underlayment overhaul. During the installation, we integrated new underlayment and replaced all flashing with durable copper components around the chimney and vents. We also installed and measured new skylights to improve natural lighting while ensuring a long-lasting, watertight seal. The updated roof system provides a refreshed look and superior protection against the elements.
