We performed a full roof replacement on this San Clemente residence to address aging materials and structural concerns. We started by stripping away the weathered asphalt shingles and underlayment to inspect the roof deck and rafters. Our team also conducted an attic inspection to identify and reinforce damaged wood framing before proceeding with the exterior installation. We installed new OSB sheathing across several sections to create a solid foundation for the new roofing system. A high-performance Titanium UDL50 synthetic underlayment was applied for superior moisture protection, followed by the installation of variegated architectural asphalt shingles. The completed project provides a durable, weather-tight seal and a refreshed aesthetic for the home.
