We completed a comprehensive roof replacement on this two-story residential home in Ramona, necessitated by aging concrete tiles and underlying structural wear. Our team carefully stripped the existing tile roofing to inspect the entire deck, where we replaced compromised plywood sections and repaired cracked wood fascia boards along the roofline to restore structural integrity. We integrated new roofing underlayment and flashing to provide a weather-tight foundation before reinstalling the roofing system. Beyond the primary roof work, we ensured all vents and transitions were correctly sealed to improve the home's moisture protection.
