We performed a comprehensive roof replacement on this residence, beginning with a complete tear-off of the existing materials. After stripping the structure down to the rafters and exposing the insulation, we inspected the framing and installed new wooden battens and OSB plywood sheathing. This process ensured a perfectly level and structurally sound foundation for the new roofing system. Our team then applied high-quality black underlayment across the entire surface to provide a reliable secondary moisture barrier. We staged and installed durable grey concrete tiles, finishing the project with updated fascia boards and custom flashing around the chimney and vents. The final result is a robust, long-lasting roof that significantly enhances the home's protection and modern curb appeal.
